on nov. 4th, 2008 after a cramped over-night train ride spent trying to sleep sitting up on the floor between seats we arrived in lisboa at 5am pretty much in shambles. the train station was nearly empty but when i realized there was an tiny newspaper kiosk in the station that was open i nervously approached to find that it was filled with good news from back home. i got all choked up. we spent the rest of the day sleepwalking around this incredbile city. this photo feels like an iimaginary place to me.
